Facing the frontiers of world science and technology, focusing on the bottleneck of device development caused by the size reduction limit in the "post-Moore's Law era", I carry out research on physical property modulation of two-dimensional atomic crystals and new principle device construction, and intend to establish the connection between "NEW materials-structures-devices". I presided 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program, the task of the "Young Scientist" project of the National Key R&D Program, the Outstanding Youth Fund of the Natural Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province, and the independent project of the "Heilongjiang Goose Plan". I have published 34 papers in important journals such as Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, Adv. Funct. Mater., ACS Nano, Small, etc., including 18 first/corresponding author papers (4 on the cover). I won honors such as German Humboldt Scholar, Heilongjiang Provincial Excellent Youth Award, and Highly Cited Paper Award. The total number of citations of published papers is 1137, and the H factor is 17
