I am mainly engaged in bridge maintenance and Research on new materials and structures. In recent years, research has been carried out on bridge detection and reinforcement technology, FRP-steel concrete composite structure and green prefabricated bamboo-wood structure design theory. I have successively presided over 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 Key Research and Development Project of Jiangsu Province, 3 Natural Science Foundation projects of Jiangsu Province, more than 40 horizontal science and technology projects. I have obtained more than 100 authorized patents and published more than 100 academic papers, including more than 50 papers indexed by SCI and EI, among which a single SCI paper has been cited for 46 times, and many papers have been published in Top journals such as Composite Structures.
