Research direction and achievements: 1) Controllable preparation of 2D semiconductors/thin films, as well as their physical properties, vdW heterogeneous integration, new principle information devices and integrated circuit process validation, including FETs, memory, brain-like devices, and logic-in-memory; 2) Novel optoelectronic materials and sensors, such as infrared technology, solar-blind UV detection, and terahertz; 3) Metal oxides, low-dimensional magnetism and ferroelectricity. He has published more than 60 SCI academic papers, including more than 20 First- or Corresponding-authored papers on Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, and Advanced Materials. He has been selected into the Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program by CAST and Wuhan Outstanding Young Talents, and won the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award of CAS and President Award of CAS.
主要研究方向包括:1)二维半导体/薄膜的生长制备与基本物性研究、范德华异质集成、新原理 信息器件及验证性集成电路工艺,如晶体管、存储器、类脑器件、存算融合等;2)新型光电材 料及传感器件,如室温红外技术、日盲紫外探测、太赫兹等;3)金属氧化物、磁学、铁电等。 已发表 SCI 学术论文 60 余篇,包括第一/通讯作者(含共同)文章 Nature Electronics、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials 等 20 余篇。曾入选中国科协青年人才托举工程、武汉英才 优秀青年人才,并获得中国科学院优秀博士学位论文、中国科学院院长优秀奖等荣誉。
